No, there is not. Ethiopian Does NOT have a Stock Market YET! There is no centralized or regulated Stock or Capital Market in Ethiopia. But, there is an ongoing effort from the Ethiopian Government to make it happen.

What is Ethiopian Securities Exchange?
Ethiopia has drafted a bill to create a stock market authority that suggested to be named the “Ethiopian Securities Exchange” according to Mr Melesse Minale Tashu, a Senior Macroeconomic Advisor, National Bank of Ethiopia and PMO.
Who will own the Ethiopian Securities Exchange?
The exchange will be a private business. The government will be in the company as a minority shareholder. It was suggested that the government ownership will be maximum of 25% and the rest 75% would be owned by private investors, could be domestic investors, foreign investors.
When can the Ethiopian Stock Market dream come to life?
There is no offcially known timetable, but before end of 2021 some kind of progress can be seen.
Are there any big companies that can be qualified to be part of the Stock Market?
The Ethiopian Banks are likely to qualify quickly for listing. Because their accounting standard is already up to international standards. In addition to Banks, Insurance and multinational companies can meet the requirements for listing.
